Getting Here
So you have already arrived, and have some experience of Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
Airport taxis from the grid for the waiting time they have to absorb, so head up the stairs to the departures deck where you can hop a taxi that has just dropped passengers off, and head either for your Manila hotel, the nearest bus terminal - in nearby Pasay, or the LRT/MRT lines E.D.S.A. Taft Station for the D Jose or Cubao bus terminals.
P2P Genesis buses run to Clark International Airport (via Dau & SM City-Clark) regularly and are the best current alternative to Hotel pick-up services.
You may want to negotiate for the taxi to take you to Angeles (from Php 2,000 up) or Subic (from Php 3,000 up).
Main bus terminals are at Pasay (nearest to the airport) where you will find Victory Liner, BLTB, and Five Star buses and Partas, Cubao (halfway up E.D.S.A. heading north) for, Victory Liner, Dominion, Dagupan and Partas, Monumento (north, near expressway) for Victory Liner, and D Jose for Philippine Rabbit - see list below map.
Between terminals there is a bus service (Php 20) available.
Angeles City
Fly the Bus has regular departures from the Slouch Hat Ermita & Air Flags Travel & Tours (https://www.facebook.com/airflagstravelandtours/) offers airport pick-up to your hotel of choice.
Genesis Buses operate a regular P2P service from Terminal 3 to Clark International Airport via Dau Bus Terminal and SM-City Clark.
Public transport - Philippine Rabbit have hourly departures from their Avenida Terminal, just by the D. Jose LRT Station.. that will drop off at the end of Fields Avenue. Victory Liner (for Dau Bus Station) Dagupan services from their Pasay (Makati) and Cubao (MRT Cubao Station). Plus several other bus lines (Five Star, Partas, Dagupan, etc.) going north, but check with the conductor first that they will stop at Dau, or you could be walking from the toll booths!
Jeepneys from Dau are P10 to Fields Ave, or Tricycle to your hotel for P50 - 70.
Subic Bay
From Manila
Victory Liner buses have hourly departures to Olongapo from their Pasay (Makati) and Monumento (LRT Monumento) Terminals.
From Angeles City
Public Transport –
Victory Liner operate a regular P2P service from Clark International Airport via SM-City Clark and Dau Bus Terminal to Olongapol.
From Dau Bus Terminal there is now a SCTEX Victory Liner and or Genesis bus approx every hour to their terminals in Olongapo.
Jeepneys to Barrio Barretto (P4.50) & Subic, and the Main Gate, leave from the Victory Liner terminal by Ulo ng Apo circle. An efficient internal bus service operates within the former base.
Jeepneys from Barrio Barretto to Subic cost P10 - a trike is around P100.
PUV Van Service from Dau Terminal
There is now a PUV Terminal for several towns, including Olongapo. Fare Php130. The 16 seater vans depart when full to Apo Circle.

Fly the Bus service operates out of the Eurotel, Angeles City, and Angel’s Bakery have a bus service from their shop on Fields Avenue to their shop in Barrio Barretto
